Normally this is given at the end of a surgery, unless the problem is urgent. We give specific times for the Doctor returning your call. We promise to return all calls received before 12.00hrs by 14.00hrs on the same day. Please give as much information to the Receptionist about the reason for needing to speak to the Doctor.

Often the answers to queries can be given by Reception Staff, who will return your call.

We have a Telephone consultation clinic which runs Monday to Thursday, where you can book (either on the day, or via a pre-booable appointment) a telephone consultaiton with the doctor. If you would like to make a telephone consultation appointment, please ring reception.
